We learned on Fast Company's blog that if you live in Murcia, Spain that you can trade in your car and receive a lifetime of free transit (Trade Your Car For A Free Lifetime Bus Pass (If You Live In Murcia), by Morgan Clendaniel, July 12, 2011). That's right. Free. Forever! That's how bad congestion and parking is there. Quite innovative. Which city in North America might be the first to try this approach?
