Will $30M a Year Make Copenhagen Bike Capital of the World?

Bike_copenhagen_bike_culture The City of Copenhagen wants to be the world's unrivaled bike capital by 2015 and is doubling its bicycle budget of $15 million a year to $30 million to get there. That's $30 million per year for biking! We learn this from the Copenhagen Bike Culture Blog (What Do You Give Cyclists Who Have Everything?, December 13, 2007).
