New You Tube Videos Encourage Biking

If you missed these great "encouragement videos" that were produced by the Arlington Commuter Services folks and published on their BikeArlington site where they are available to view using Windows Media Player, then you can now enjoy them using the popular You Tube format.

The first video is entitled "My Mind is Relaxed, I Don't Worry About Work."

The second video is "On the Trail, Nobody's Honking Behind You."
